The Ohio Youth Ballet is Northeast Ohio's elite pre-professional dance company cultivating an unwavering commitment to excellence. The Ohio Youth Ballet trains at the Turning Pointe School of Dance in Canal Fulton and is under the artistic direction of Natalya Vyashenko-Conner and Danielle Kimble.
This remarkable and unique non-profit organization provides trained dancers from ages 8-20 the opportunity to receive advanced intensive training along with the opportunity to perform and share the love of dance with local communities. The Ohio Youth Ballet’s mission of “Bringing Dance to the People” strives to educate and entertain community members at area festivals, schools, libraries, shopping centers, nursing homes and more.
Mrs. Vyashenko-Connor is a former dancer with the Alisher Navoi Great Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet of Tashkent in the capital of Uzbekistan . She has a degree in Choreography, Director of Ballet-Master Teacher of Classical Ballet. Mrs. Kimble received her BA in Dance with a Business Cognate in Consumer Marketing from the University of Akron, and her Masters of Education in Dance Education and Cultural Studies from Temple University.
Many Ohio Youth Ballet members have gone on to join professional dance companies, win prestigious competitions, and have received college scholarships in dance, musical theater, and other fields of dance. Others can be seen on Broadway, regional theater, MTV videos, and more.

The Ohio Youth Ballet and Dance Team offers two divisions:
- Pre-Professional Classical Ballet Team: Primary training in classical ballet.
- Pre-Professional Dance Team: Dance training in several dance disciplines tailored to each dancer's personal goals.
